WELLINGTON’S MOST CREATIVE AND DIVERSE FREE ARTS FESTIVAL

CubaDupa is a festival of colour, art, music, theatre, dance, food, and thousands of artists. We’re excited to be back for 2025 — March 29-30!

As a fitting ode to the end of summer, CubaDupa is all about ‘Finding Your Wild’ as familiar city streets transformed into a vibrant concrete jungle. Every corner of the site was brimming with artistic wonder: a world of art and culture lurking right here in Pōneke, just beneath the surface.

We look to showcase the most exciting and innovative art made here in Aotearoa New Zealand.
