CubaDupa Merchandise Refund Policy

All CubaDupa merchandise purchases are final.

No Change-of-Mind Refunds

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
• Please choose carefully before completing your purchase, including checking sizing charts and product descriptions.
• Activation Vouchers act as tickets and are redeemable only at CubaDupa 2026; failure to activate or use your voucher at the festival is non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, your rights are protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
• In these cases, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

Reporting an Issue

• Issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

Conditions

• Items must be returned in original condition where a return is required.
• We reserve the right to assess the item before approving a remedy.

Sale & Limited-Run Items

• All sale items and limited-run merchandise are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
