Vendor Expressions of Interest for CubaDupa 2026!
*Just a friendly reminder that expressions of interest for CubaDupa 2026 food trucks are closed. If you’re a business operating within the CubaDupa festival footprint, you can breathe easy, we’re keeping registrations for outdoor licence applications, Cuba Markets, and Cuba Foods open until 10 December 2025.
The businesses who participate in CubaDupa play a huge role in our festival. *Please note: If you are interested in a stall but do not sell food or do not already have a business on Cuba Street, we will be in touch about our Sunday Craft Market at a later date.
CubaDupa 2026 is taking place on Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th of March. Please read the information below and click the relevant form for your business. Each expression of interest form also has an information sheet with details, timelines and frequently asked questions. It is important you read this information sheet before submitting an application.
All applications except food trucks are still open. Applications are due 10 December 2025.
- CubaFoods EOI Form – This form is for existing food businesses within the CubaDupa event footprint that would like extend their operating area onto the footpath outside their premises. Please read the CubaFoods Information Sheet before completing this form.
- CubaMarkets EOI Form – This form is for existing retail (non-food) businesses in within the CubaDupa event footprint that would like extend their operating area onto the footpath outside their premises. Please read the CubaMarkets Information Sheet before completing this form.
- Outdoor Licensed Area EOI Form – This form is for existing businesses within the CubaDupa event footprint that would like to apply for an outdoor liquor license area for the event. Please read the Outdoor Licensed Area Information Sheet before completing this form.
- Food Trucks EOI Form – *NOW CLOSED* This form is for any mobile food vendors who would like to apply for a place in the Food Truck area for CubaDupa 2026. Please read the Food Truck Information Sheet before completing this form.
